Some are relatively easy for like drinking enough water and working out. But I could not for the life of me let go of any of them. I’d no more than 6 if I’m being honest, otherwise it tends to be overwhelming. For instance, I suck at keeping up with listening to one episode of a German podcast a day. I’ve always struggled keeping up with some habits, but this has honestly helped not only motivate me, but also have a visual of what areas I need to improve on. And the only thing that I found helps me stick to habits is having teeny tiny boxes that I get to tick off whenever I accomplish said habit for the day. GAME! CHANGER! right here! I have mentioned this in my last wrap-up. And it is quite a boost in motivation too. Plus, ticking things off my daily to-do as well as seeing my to-do soon get progressively smaller as I migrate things from it, brings me satisfaction I cannot begin to describe. Life is overwhelming as it is, overcomplicating the way I keep track of my days only hindered my productivity. I try to add one or two items from this list to my daily to-do on any given days, so I can eventually conquer it.Īs you can see, I keep my task lists as easy as possible. It’s a list of things that I know I need/want to do eventually that are not urgent. To-do soon: This one’s purpose is looser. These are things that NEED to be done in the following day. Daily to-do: This is a list that I decide on the night before. Now I only have use for two types of to-do lists: Not only that, but I used to make each list unrealistically long. But as I have come to understand, my days tend to be pretty unpredictable so having a set to do days in advance did not work for me. As well as a “week at a glance” page with to-do’s for the whole following week. I used to have a daily to-do filled to the brim. These are the first thing at the top of my landing page, they are pretty straight forward. It’s a website with a bunch of customizable widgets that you can embed into your Notion page, like the one I have here, they also have weather, countdown, a counter, and a clock. To preemptively answer any questions, the images are fron pinterest and the time progress widget at the end middle of the first page is from. Which helps my aesthetic loving brain a lot. Everything is one click away and easy to access. It has every aspect of my life in one well organized space. First things first, here is my current landing page, which I am in love with.
